Begin with the bridge of Honesty. Look up the definition. Incorporate this first bridge into your day for one week. Each week, add and practice a new bridge. After 12 weeks, start over from the beginning until all twelve bridges become a part of your daily awareness, naturally. Researching each word will accelerate results. Gradually, these good thoughts will replace worn out habits that aren't serving you. Enjoy the creative process. The knowledge you acquire from the lesson of the Twelve Bridges will guide you to feeling free and wonderful about yourself while generating the people and things that will serve you in the best possible way. Recovery is a healing process. Don't be afraid to reach out for professional help or a 12 Step program which best suits your issue.
